Join us in person on Thursday, October 22nd for the BioSciences Career Fair! This university wide career fair will feature a wide range of employers representing the biosciences. Whether you are seeking to learn more about internships, full-time jobs, or just want the opportunity to connect and network with employers of interest, you are welcome!

- Penn undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni of programs served by Career Services
- Current Penn postdocs

Students have the opportunity to add their resume to resume books prior to the career fair, and these will be shared with all employers prior to the career fair. This provides employers with the opportunity to reach out to students directly if they choose to do so.
This is an extra opportunity, and does not take the place of applying for specific positions at organizations that you are interested in. Resumes uploaded for the resume books will be viewed by any employer that has registered for this event.
Before you submit your resume, please take advantage of the resume resources offered by Career Services, including the all new Resume Guide For Graduate Students & Postdocs.
Employers will be browsing Snapshot®, a third-party online resume book, before the event.
The deadline to submit your materials is Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 12:00PM EST.
This secure portal (link provided below) is where you’ll upload your materials and manage your profile for the Resume Book.
Here’s how it works:
(1) Upload a resume and voice note
- Your name and contact info will automatically be removed from your resume for anonymity.
(2) Select your preferences
- Choose your desired job types: Internship and/or Full-time
(3) Get Seen
- You’ll get notified and be able to respond when an employer interacts with your profile.

The employers attending the BioSciences Career Fair provide an insight into many of the common careers pursued by STEM students and postdocs. Begin your exploration to determine career options for when you complete your degree or postdoc. Talk with the employers to gain an unprecedented insight into opportunities that match your career goals.
Take this opportunity to network even if you are not job/internship hunting right now. The best time to network is when you are not looking for a job, and when information is all you are looking for. Employers want to be kept busy during a career fair. They want to talk to as many interested and interesting students/postdocs as possible. The more engaged they are at the fair, the more likely it will be that they will keep coming back to future career fairs. You may not be applying for job this year, but at some point you will be, and so take this opportunity to make a connection at employers that might one day be on your shortlist. You can connect with these employers each year (and throughout the year) to learn more about future opportunities.
