My internship at the Liberation Foundation was an incredibly enriching experience that provided me with valuable insights into the legal field and the intricacies of advocating for incarcerated individuals. Throughout my time there, I had the unique opportunity to delve into the world of legal writing by crafting memorandums that critically assessed the cases of incarcerated individuals. This hands-on experience allowed me to refine my writing skills in a legal context, honing my ability to construct persuasive arguments and analyze complex legal situations. The internship offered an unparalleled learning environment where I gained a profound understanding of the legal processes surrounding incarceration and the potential avenues for individuals seeking release.
The benefits of the Liberation Foundation internship were multifaceted and truly transformative.
