This summer, I had the pleasure of working with my Data Science team at EduMob. Having had the incredible opportunity to work with EduMob last summer, this summer allowed me to gain more exposure on how to utilize drone technology.
I was able to immerse myself in the vast realm of drone research, combining my two passions for education and mobility once again. With my team, I was able to participate in developing a coding framework for a software to allow drones to be able to perform AI based image analysis. This experience not only gave me the opportunity to network with professionals in data-driven industries but also be able to learn various technical skills.
The chance to work again with my Data Science team from last year made the summer journey much more memorable. Collaborating with my team allowed for little hesitation as everyone knew what to expect. I was able to learn and explore my passion more with constant troubleshooting and effective teamwork. Being part of a supportive community encouraged me to face constant trial and error with a can-do mentality in an industry where it might be hard to come by these days. This collaborative culture was what pushed me through my ten-week program.
