This summer, I had the pleasure of working with my software development team at UpSight. Having previously engaged with emerging technology last summer, this summer allowed me to contribute to UpSight’s mission of leading innovation.
I was able to immerse myself in the vast realm of computer science, blending my passion for software development with practical applications. With my team, I was able to participate in developing software that increases accessibility to clients and partners regarding building management. This experience not only gave me the opportunity to fuel my passion for innovation but also made a tangible difference in the world of building management.
My past experiences as a data science intern at a drone startup involved considerable problem-solving and adaptation, soft skills that were essential at UpSight given the dynamic nature of real-time data handling and analysis. The complexity of monitoring and managing extensive datasets to ensure high construction quality and safety standards required a proactive and determined approach, qualities that I have developed through my academic and professional journey.
