The Fall 2019 Research Fair
Research Opportunities in Science, Social Science, and Humanities

Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm

Hall of Flags, Houston Hall, 3417 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104

About the Fair

Penn’s Research Career Fair offers you the opportunity to recruit highly qualified University of Pennsylvania students for research opportunities available during the academic year, summer, and/or post-graduation. Students from Penn’s four undergraduate schools and non-MBA Master’s students – all with a wide range of research interests – will attend.

The Research Career Fair is designed to expose students to research positions across disciplines and to illustrate that research is a viable career choice. Having representatives from companies and labs across industries such as healthcare, consulting, policy, engineering, scientific research, finance and others will help demonstrate the need for students equipped with research skills. The University of Pennsylvania has a rich history of scholars. Last year over 100 students and recent alumni received fellowships, including 2 Rhodes Scholars and 34 Fulbright recipients. We would love to have you join us to inform our talented and curious students about the research-oriented roles you have to offer.

The fair is sponsored by Career Services, Ben Franklin Scholars, Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowships Undergraduate Advisory Board, Global Research Consulting, Joseph Wharton Scholars, Penn Bioengineering Society, Penn Engineering, Penn Student Nurses, The Rachleff Scholars Program, the Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Program, and the Wharton Undergraduate Research Board. The fair is open only to Penn students and alumni served by Career Services.
