Spring Fair: Employer

Spring Career & Internship Fair

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2023, 11 AM – 4 PM
Spring Career & Internship Fair

Employer Registration is now open on Handshake!

Our Spring Career & Internship Fair is one of our largest events of the year and open to companies across all industries. Past Spring fairs have included employers from Advertising & Marketing, Consulting, Energy, Entertainment, Education, Finance, Government, Healthcare, Media, Pharma, Technology, Real Estate, Research, and more!

This event offers you the opportunity to recruit highly qualified University of Pennsylvania students for permanent and/or summer employment and inform the student community more about your organization. Freshmen through PhDs participate in this fair open to students enrolled in 10 schools at Penn. Our in-person fairs have had upwards of 1,500 students connecting with employers. We welcome companies across industries to join us for this career fair. If your company or organization is unsure about which event may make the most sense for you, we invite you to review our other niche career fairs to determine which event best serves your recruiting needs.

Participate in this career fair to enjoy these featured advantages:

  • ACCESS TOP TALENT: Penn undergraduate/graduate students are driven and engaged, and bring with them strong research experiences, and transferable skills applicable to careers beyond research.
  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A PRESENCE AT PENN: Build a recruiting pipeline for future candidates by sharing best practices about your hiring and opportunities.

Penn’s students are eager to make a connection with employers interested in their wide range of technical and transferable skills, and you can be confident that you will find the high caliber of students that you are seeking.

What is the format?

We are excited for this in-person event! Each registered employer will have 3 chairs and a 6-foot table for handouts, information, and displays, as well as a sign identifying the organization. Students will speak to employers at the tables. Employers with specific job opportunities can identify these during the registration process by uploading positions to Handshake, and then easily linking to these during the registration process. These opportunities will be highlighted in the pre-event outreach and marketing to students interested in attending the fair. Information on shipping for supplies related to the career fair will be shared when registrations are confirmed.

Registration Fees and Deadlines

The registration fee for this event is $500 ($250 for non-profit, government employers and startups), which will be payable by credit card or check. Employer Sponsorship options are also available for employers interested in increasing their visibility with students before the fair.

We encourage employers to register by Wednesday, January 25th. To receive a full refund, employers must cancel before Monday, January 30th.
