For more information and to register, visit this link.

CareerLink will provide the opportunity to speak informally with highly qualified students interested in learning about your organization and collect resumes from interested students. The fair is attended by undergraduates from Wharton, the College of Arts and Sciences, and Engineering, as well as a variety of non-MBA graduate students and postdocs. Students seeking post-graduate positions and internships will attend.

Join us for one of Penn’s main recruiting events this fall that focuses on connecting employers with Penn’s diverse population of students from various majors, backgrounds and disciplines. Take this opportunity to showcase your internship and full-time opportunities to 1200+ students, alumni and postdocs. This fair is great to showcase opportunities in a wide range of industries including Consulting, Communications, Consumer Products, Education, Finance, Government, Manufacturing, Marketing, Nonprofits, Real Estate, Retail and more!

Participate in this career fair to enjoy these featured advantages:

  • ACCESS TOP TALENT: Penn undergraduate/graduate students are driven and engaged, and bring with them strong transferable skills applicable to many different industries.
  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A PRESENCE AT PENN: Build a recruiting pipeline for future candidates by sharing best practices about your hiring and opportunities.
  • BONUS FREE REGISTRATION FOR THE VIRTUAL CAREER FAIR: Employers whose registration is approved for the BioSciences Career Fair can register for free for the Fall Virtual Career Fair on Wednesday, September 23rd. This gives employers access to dedicated, 10-minute 1:1 sessions with students and postdocs, as well as group sessions, and also includes students from Penn’s online degree programs.

Penn students are eager to make connections with employers interested in their wide range of technical and transferable skills, and you can be confident that you will find the high caliber of students that you are seeking.

What is the format?

For this in-person event, each registered employer will have 3 chairs and a 6-foot table for handouts, information, and displays, as well as a sign identifying the organization. Students will speak to employers at the tables. Employers with specific job opportunities can identify these during the registration process by uploading positions to Handshake, and then easily linking to these during the registration process. These opportunities will be highlighted in career fair handouts, and in pre-event outreach and marketing to students interested in attending the fair. Information on shipping for supplies related to the career fair will be shared when registrations are confirmed.
