All Wharton classrooms are equipped with a computer with internet connectivity and a projector and screen. A student or staff member will meet you in the room to help you log in to the system and assist in setting up any technology needs you may have. We strongly recommend bringing your presentation on a USB thumb drive, as well as an additional backup copy (such as one accessible via email from a public device). Please note that technology systems in the Wharton School buildings only support a VGA connection to your laptop or other external device. If you wish to connect an Apple device to the system, you must bring a VGA converter.
Catering:
Catering in the Wharton School Building is limited to light snacks, such as cookies, fruit, and water/soda. While each classroom typically has one table, unfortunately, there are no extra tables or chairs available to accommodate large amounts of food or guests over the maximum capacity. Most rooms have fixed-classroom style seating. Per Wharton policies, tables, chairs and all other items from another room may not be moved outside or to another room. Please refer to the university-approved caterers: Insomnia Cookies – 215-703-9271, DiBruno Bros.
