- Organizations interested in recruiting intern and full-time candidates at the undergraduate, Master’s, PhD and postdoctoral level within our highly ranked School of Engineering & Applied Science (as well as related STEM disciplines from across the University) are warmly invited to this event! Please note there are two days/formats for this event – one virtual (9/11), one in-person (9/12), and for both events attending employers may specify the majors/programs and levels of the candidates with whom they wish to speak. Employers, please choose one or both events depending on what suits your recruiting preferences.
At the University of Pennsylvania‘s Engineering & Technology Career Days, you’ll be recruiting highly qualified undergraduate and graduate degree candidates, postdoctoral fellows and young alumni for internship and full-time employment with your organization – building and expanding your brand on campus as well as effectively growing your talent pipeline!
This event has traditionally drawn more than 1,400 candidates from our interdisciplinary and practice-oriented School of Engineering & Applied Science and the many other NSF-classified STEM disciplines across Penn’s twelve schools. In the event registration, indicate exactly what type(s) of candidates you wish to recruit, and those students and alumni will be matched with your booth!
Please note the fair is not open to the general public, students from other colleges and universities, Wharton MBA or Penn Law students.
Employers attending our virtual 2023 event will benefit from:
- Engaging through Handshake – a familiar and integrated platform which students and many employers already use for job listings, information sessions and campus interviews
- Flexible communication options including video, audio, and text
- As many representatives as you’d like from your organization (up to 100) may participate!
- The ability to customize your “booth” similar to how you customize your Handshake profile
- Various ways to connect with students including:
- Pre-scheduled ten minute 1:1 appointments that allow students to form more meaningful connections with recruiters during the fair
- Up to 20 thirty-minute group sessions that help students learn about your company
Cost: The fee for this event is $500 ($250 for non-profit, government employers and startups) which will be payable by credit card or check.
An Employer Sponsorship* option for the event is also available for employers interested in increasing their visibility through marketing with students prior to and during the fair.
