Our largest annual, university-wide recruitment event for engineering, technology and STEM degree candidates seeking internships and post-graduate opportunities, offered in both virtual and in-person formats to suit your organization’s recruitment preferences.

Each day draws more than 1,500 attendees from our ABET-accredited and highly ranked School of Engineering & Applied Science’s 16 undergraduate, 18 master’s and 6 PhD degree programs, as well as candidates in STEM-related and interdisciplinary degree programs from across the University and postdoctoral fellows.

Unique to this event, registering organizations will be able to highlight specific degree program(s) of interest, academic level(s) and additional recruitment details, allowing our team to precisely target and encourage specific populations to connect with you and ensure your most successful candidate engagement experience!

Please note the fair is not open to the general public, students from other colleges and universities, Wharton MBA or Penn Law candidates.
