Philadelphia-based 371 Creative is looking to hire a team of sales interns for the Summer of 2020 into the 2020-2021 school year.371 Creative is a full-service internet marketing firm, providing data-based and analytics-informed digital outreach solutions for our clients. We work mainly on email marketing projects, content strategy, copywriting, social media management, landing pages, and drip campaigns.As we expand, we’re looking for someone to help with sales, outreach, and data aggregation. This role will consist of learning to control your own sales process, from lead generation and list building to running point on sales strategy for your clients. We’re a small team, so if you have any other creative talents, we welcome you to put them to use with us.The ideal applicant is hard-working, motivated by commission, possesses strong verbal and written communications skills, and can work both on teams and individually. We conduct our work through Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom, with all-team calls held multiple times per week. If you’re a hard worker looking to gain real, hand-on experience, this is for you; integrity and drive are worth more to us than your GPA or transcript.The responsibilities of this role include:Building your client outreach database in Google Sheets.Creating, designing, and implementing strategic email campaigns.Directly contacting clients and managing sales strategy.Working with your team (and HQ) to reach out, make connections, and seal deals.Managing your clients from the first point of contact through the end of the project.This role is 100% remote, and has major commission potential.
