Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our People Culture team. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working with a high-level autonomy. This role will be responsible for the overall marketing of open positions, sourcing, and recruitment.
This position could be located in either our Rhome, Texas location (15 minutes outside of Fort Worth) or Bowling Green, Ohio, just south of Toledo.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the recruitment strategy as the lead recruiter for our salary exempt and technical roles and take point on the regional recruitment process and compliance
Design, plan and execute selection processes in collaboration with the P C Managers and functional managers (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer assessments, scheduling interviews, extend offers etc.)
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation affecting the hiring process such as OFCCP and EEOC, etc. and comply with all state and federal rules/regulations
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and brand marketing plans
Develop a forecasted budget for recruitment and manage recruitment within that budget
Make recommendations for process improvements where needed
Develop, plan and execute the employer branding-with the marketing team- to attract highly qualified candidates to A-Gas
Drive and enable the cultural transformation to support a progressive, diverse and inclusive environment through providing a diverse pool of candidates and coaching managers on choosing the best-qualified candidate.
Implement metrics in the recruiting process to identify bottlenecks and have a focus on continuous improvement
Create and present KPI to align on the recruitment process and where bottlenecks are.
Monitor employee turnover in the first 90 days and work with HR to root cause actions and adjust as needed
Act as the owner of the Applicant Tracking System, evaluating the system continuously on how to maximize and/or adjust if needed
Keep abreast of changes and trends in the environment that may affect our ability to recruit and retain employees and work with VP, P C, and HR Managers to improve
Maintains a safety-first mentality at all times

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related required.
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience working with Federal Contractors and OFCCP regulations
Experience with Predictive Index
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
Ability to travel
