About the Role
As a Hotel Partnerships & Sourcing Associate, you’ll work directly with hotels around the world to build and manage long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on role where you’ll communicate daily with hotel partners, negotiate room rates, coordinate reservations, and help expand our global hotel network.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and international business.
What You’ll Do
- Contact hotels via email and phone to establish and manage partnerships
- Negotiate room rates, availability, and booking terms
- Coordinate hotel reservations and ensure accurate booking details
- Maintain hotel contracts, rates, and inventory in internal systems
- Build strong relationships with hotel partners and respond to inquiries
- Support daily operations related to hotel sourcing and bookings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservations and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable speaking with external partners and negotiating terms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or international business
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Previous hospitality, travel, customer service, or sales experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 (depending on experience)
