We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Interactive Designer to join our dynamic creative team. You’ll bring cutting-edge knowledge and graphic design expertise to inspire creative excellence across our North American Commercial Risk, Health Solutions, and Wealth Solutions offerings. This role demands strong conceptual design skills and a deep passion for creativity.
In this position, you will work as part of an agency-like team within the stability of a Fortune 1000 company. Your primary focus will be assisting with visually compelling digital deliverables that help the firm secure new business and retain clients. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with our account and sales teams to craft visual messaging that effectively communicates the Aon brand story.
Reporting directly to the Digital and Interactive Creative Manager, you’ll receive the support and guidance needed to grow and thrive as an in-house corporate designer. If you’re a designer with a passion for creativity, innovation, and impactful visual storytelling, we want to hear from you!
What the day will look like
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, creative designs for digital and interactive platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visual concepts
- Produce engaging visual assets for revenue generating proposals and presentations
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance output quality
- Work with account teams and leadership to understand the business
- Display professional concepts, apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver consistent and effective designs across a variety of media
- Develop flexible processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environment
How this opportunity is different
These roles fall under Aon’s Early Career Development program, known as Launch. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into; the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. This 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.

- Expertise in design tools such as, but not limited to, Adobe Creative Suite, and Ceros

Education & Application information:
Bachelor’s degree required, degree or certificate in design strongly preferred
- Strong creative portfolio that shows a wide variety of media, techniques, and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word and PowerPoint)
- Expert in in Adobe Creative Suite (print and digital tools including video)
- Proficient in Ceros or other website builders
- Pre and post-production skills (e.g. prep files for print)
- Collaborate with remote/off-site Aon colleagues to meet goals and execute required tasks
Education: Seniors graduating between Spring 2024 – Spring 2025 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
