Overview
Argentic Investment Management LLC (“Argentic”) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student, who has an interest in commercial real estate and finance, to take part in our 2026 summer internship program. As an intern, you will gain exposure to different aspects of commercial real estate investing, while also having the opportunity to interact with all levels of management.
Opportunities
Summer interns will be placed on a designated business team (Underwriting, B-Pieces (securities credit investing), Asset Management, Special Situations or Capital Markets) and the duties shall include the following:
- Assist with underwriting prospective loans across one or more asset classes (Multifamily, Hotel, Retail, Office, Industrial, Self Storage, Mixed Use) including responsibility for economic and market research.
- Conduct in-depth market research on markets across the United States.
- Analyze property cash flows, rent rolls and pro formas to size fixed and floating rate loans.
- Identify risks of investments, perform due diligence review, and prepare credit memos.
- Prepare and present a real/live investment thesis to senior management.
- Participate in learning seminars with each area of Argentic to support a deeper understanding of how the company operates.
Education and Skill Requirements
- Course work in real estate, finance, mathematics, engineering, economics or other related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to multi-task.

Compensation
- $1,600 per week
