Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is looking for a Mental Health Therapist who is responsible for the management of an assigned mental health caseload of clientele for individual, family and group therapy. This will be done as a member of, and in coordination with the Mental Health Treatment Team. General Residential Treatment Facilities are Joint Commission accredited homes for children under the age of 18 who have been removed from their family home to a diagnosed mental or behavioral health need. These individuals have often received other types of community-based care, or other residential placements, prior to coming to Beacon Light. With multiple facilities, Beacon Light can place children where they are likely to receive care from a team best suited to their needs..
This position gives preference to individuals with an active driver’s license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the local community or to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a Master’s Degree in a Human Service related field.
- Prior experience preferred.

- Base rate is $35,360, increased with education/experience
