Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is looking for a Residential Treatment Coordinator who is responsible for all aspects related to clinical and operational oversight of the residential program. Residential Treatment Facilities are Joint Commission accredited homes for children under the age of 18 who have been removed from their family home to a diagnosed mental or behavioral health need. These individuals have often received other types of community-based care, or other residential placements, prior to coming to Beacon Light. With multiple facilities, Beacon Light can place children where they are likely to receive care from a team best suited to their needs.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position gives preference to individuals with an active driver’s license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the local community or to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Master Degree in counseling or related field required.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a supervisory position within a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred.
