This position is a year-round, full-time salaried position including benefits. The House Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of all patrons attending a Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) performance or event. This individual should provide excellent customer service and maintain a composed personal presentation while welcoming patrons to our theatres. Ideal candidates will be open to a flexible work schedule with performances mostly being in the evening or on weekends. Salary commensurate with experience. Reports to and assists the Director of Patron Services & Hospitality in all areas.
