Meanwhile, offices have access to a network of potential employees with reviews and bios to make the decision making process easier. Currently live in Charlotte and Charleston, Biteline plans to launch new markets in the near future, starting with Miami. The jobWe are seeking a team member that can help drive our growth via marketing and business development efforts as we continue to expand to new markets. We don’t expect you to have all the answers – what we do expect is a driven individual with the right attitude, a desire to learn, and the ability to constantly adapt. As a core member of the Business Development / Marketing team, your focus will be externally facing towards our users and local dental communities. We’re looking for a dedicated, customer service minded candidate with excellent communication, organization, and management skills. Prior sales experience is not required, but is a plus. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competitionAssist in new market launch, development, and maintenanceSuccessfully strategize and execute an outbound sales planIdentify, prospect, and generate leads in each marketCultivate and maintain relationships via phone, email, and direct messages Respond to customer service requests as necessaryAssist in marketing strategy and content creation for our website, social media platforms, and paid campaigns that align with brand standardsCollect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and dental professionals to help adapt and shape the app / marketing strategyQualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (please feel free to apply if this requirement is not met, but be aware that preference will be given to those with an advanced degree) 0-3 years of experience working in marketing, sales, or a similar industryPassionate, creative thinker with visionStrong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationshipsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work and collaborate with an in person and remote teamPreferred, but not requiredAn understanding of the dental industry, including the dynamics of temping and how dental professionals make job decisionsExperience working for a fast-paced and growing startupTo applyPlease send a resume and cover email to email@example.com or apply through Handshake.
