We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to join our senior team. You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize processes, lead strategic projects, and provide input on key business decisions alongside the COO and Co-Founders.
- Learn the ins and outs of every team and be the go-to resource and sounding board for department directors on their initiatives and projects
Improve communication and coordination across teams
Take ownership of strategic projects from ideation to self-sufficiency. You’ll define the scope of work, outline plans for execution, and own implementation, take charge of scaling by training team members and creating SOPs.
Optimize productivity across teams and departments by identifying efficiencies and working cross-functionally to implement new processes, technology, and procedures.
Support data analysis and reporting needs across teams and initiatives
Act as a productivity supercharger for the COO by supporting drafting and editing communications, serving as a proxy in meetings, and providing input into analyses and decision making processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Prior experience in hospitality preferred
Demonstrated project management experience, excellent organization and prioritization skills, and strict attention to detail
High level of organization with experience creating detailed notes / documentation of processes and decisions
Proven ability to navigate business relationships with all manner of work and personality styles
Self-starter mindset comfortable with taking on significant, ever-changing responsibilities, from administrative tasks to top strategic work.
High level of comfort with data analysis and analytical tools (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) and reporting software (Tableau, Zoho)
Experience at fast-paced tech company / startup a plus
Experience working directly with senior leadership a plus
