The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, able to multi-task, work at a swift pace, pay strong attention to detail, and able to prioritize tasks. Must have previous scheduling experience and excellent proficiency in MS Excel, including experience splitting/combining data within columns.
This is a part-time contract role, with outstanding hourly pay depending on experience. This contributor is responsible for paying their own taxes as a 1099 contractor.
This role is perfect for any current junior or senior undergrad or masters’ students looking for part-time, remote work. Schedule offers flexible day time hours, 20-25 hours/week.
· Scheduling client telephone and video interviews
· Google Calendar management
· Candidate outreach via phone and email
· Utilizing internal ATS/CRM – Data management
· Document proofing and editing
· Excel spreadsheet editing
