Job Summary
Assists Integrative Health Program Manager and team to execute program initiatives. This person will provide administrative support for clinical, research, and educational activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of clinical impact reports
- Order supplies
- Assist in management of internal and external website
- Coordinate meetings
- Collect meeting minutes and share broadly
- Manage phone and email; connect with patient families as needed
- Assist with management of clinical team’s schedules
- Conduct patient family and provider satisfaction surveys as needed
- Assist in preparation of materials for donors
- Develop and maintain list of grant opportunities
- Provide administrative support for Pediatric Integrative Medicine Residency Program
- Support research and quality improvement efforts
- Conduct literature reviews and create tables of evidence
- Assist in the recruitment and consent of parents and children
- Responsible for data collection through study participant interviews & screenings
- Analyzes data through the use of memos, coding and qualitative analytic software
- Assist in preparation of materials to submit for IRB approval
- Assist in the preparation of reports and professional research papers
- Assists the team in other projects as needed

Required Education and Experience
Required Education: High School Graduate
Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic
Additional Technical Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an organized fashion, work well with others
- Good attention to detail
- General knowledge and understanding of good clinical practice (GCP)
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications desirable
