We are currently seeking an Adult Team Leader. This Team Leader position leads a group of direct care workers assuring case coordination, follow up and quality of care in the delivery of mental health and substance abuse services in the Randolph area. The position is responsible for assessing the needs of populations to be served, which is primarily within our CRT Program. Functions include making case assignments, monitoring and evaluating caseloads and funding compliance, coaching, developing and supervising staff through providing regular clinical supervision and facilitating team meetings.
Minimum of a Master’s degree required and license/certification in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred. Two years of experience in community based programming, supervision experience preferred. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package available.
