As an Account Relations Specialist, you will serve a key role in our division’s growth and be an ambassador of our brand. You will be tasked with providing premier customer service while offering creative solutions to nationally recognized restaurant chains and their franchisees in an attempt to earn customer loyalty and foster user adoption. Because of our division’s capacity for rapid growth, opportunities for fast-track career advancement and leadership are abound.
Day to day, the Account Relations Specialist will be expected to:
- Provide prompt, clear, and friendly communication to our customers through the use of email, chat, or phone.
- Monitor order fulfillment issues and work with other divisions and outside contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates.
- Track our customers’ spend and shopping habits and make marketing and product recommendations.
- Address customer issues and provide strategic solutions aimed at turning potentially negative experiences into a net positive result.
- Proactively identify ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies through the use of a dedicated programming team.
- Become educated in the products we sell and the foodservice industry we serve.
