PRO Marketplace is looking for a new Account Manager to add to our team! We are seeking dedicated and goal-oriented professionals to join our team of Account Managers. PRO Marketplace serves large, sophisticated customers including senior living communities, higher education, amusements/entertainment venues, and business/industry clients. PRO Marketplace combines an industry leading e-commerce platform and an inventory of over 300k items to deliver a top-notch experience for clients looking for foodservice equipment and supplies.
Primary Responsibilities include:
–Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers with the goal of customer loyalty and sales growth
–Assist in onboarding new customers as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
–Work with existing customers on a proactive level to ensure each account’s spend is maximized
–Listen to and analyze customers’ issues, investigate problems, and provide prompt solutions
–Educate users on our ecommerce site/ordering platform and ensure customers are using site to its fullest
