Major tasks during the internship will include:Analyze loss and sensitivity of different pre-match components for RF power products;S-parameter simulation and measurements;Loadpull simulation and measurement.Doherty and Class AB circuit simulation using RF products with different pre-matches;Pre-match and IPD modeling with EM/CAD tools.You will have opportunities to learn RF power amplifier basic theories and RF/microwave power transistor fundamentals.Why CreeSince our beginning 30 years ago, we have introduced innovative and disruptive solutions that enable a more efficient, productive and safer world.
