Work you’ll do
As a Solutions Engineering Summer Scholar, you will have opportunities to make an impact on a broad range of transformative projects for our clients. You will support the delivery of various types of client deliverables that range from information management solutions and implementations of large-scale technology platforms to supporting the development of advisory materials for technical architecture and IT operating models. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and begin building your individual brand. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

A Solutions Engineering Summer Scholar supports design, implementation, and operation of ‘heart of the business’ systems in order to enhance clients’ technology capabilities and deliver on enterprise objectives. This Consultant continually develops new skills while assisting clients in building optimized solutions across the organization. We look for a problem solver who’s excited to work with disruptive technologies and has the right blend of practicality and ingenuity to make the most of those technologies. While not limited to these roles, this person may wish to grow to become a technical architect, integration expert, data architect or seasoned developer.

- Junior standing in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
· Bachelor’s degree in progress in the following or related majors:
o Computer Science
o Software Engineering
o Computer Engineering
o Data Science/Analytics
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
· Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2)
· Availability to participate in the Summer Scholar Program full-time for 10-weeks from June to August 2022
· Ability to travel up to 50%
How You’ll Grow
Throughout the course of the internship program, you’ll receive formal and informal mentorship and training. Our Summer Scholar training program provides a view both into the technical skills as well as critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets required to make the most of your internship. The program includes a variety of team-based, hands-on exercises and activities. Beyond the formal training, you will work with talented consulting professionals, granting you access to ask questions and gain valuable real world experience while working on client engagements.
