The candidates who we need to join our team should be ambitious, motivated, engaging, and talented–creative, effective individuals who would enjoy working as part of a team designing and implementing impactful places in the service of our clients. We are looking for individuals who can work well with others but who have the ambition to take the lead on smaller projects; manage those projects; help conceive and implement design ideas; and produce construction documents, help with their coordination, and detailing. The candidates should enjoy client interaction and should be able to gain the confidence and appreciation of our clients as well as our senior staff.
Applicants must possess strong Revit (modelling, rendering, drafting), Photoshop, and InDesign skills. We would be delighted to find someone with 3ds Max or Lumion capabilities. The ability to use AutoCAD, Illustrator, and the ability to hand draw all are beneficial. Professional written and verbal skills are essential. A passionate, engaged interest in architecture, urban spaces and/or interior architecture would complement our work. As we are a growing, multifaceted practice, the candidate will be involved in many projects with a kaleidoscope of roles; accordingly, prioritization and independent motivation are prized assets.
We are located at 84 Spring St., Boston, MA 02132-4316, easily reached by several bus lines and the Needham commuter rail line. Ample street parking is available right outside the office.
