Fenway Health is seeking dynamic candidates for a part-time or full-time Psychotherapist position in our Behavioral Health Department. We are seeking applicants with demonstrated experience providing culturally competent behavioral health care to a diverse adult population that includes LGBTQ individuals, people of color, individuals with substance use issues, survivors of abuse, survivors of community violence, medically complex and vulnerable individuals, young adults, older adults.We have expanded access to all of our Behavioral Health services by offering telehealth care, which is enabling us to reach more clients. Currently all Behavioral Health services are being provided via telehealth as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic. When normal operations resume, we will continue to provide care and services delivered through telehealth and office based care.In keeping with Fenway Health’s dedication to provide care for the whole person, behavioral health is a fundamental part of our integrated primary care model. We offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy; psychiatric consultation; addiction, recovery and wellness services; violence recovery counseling and advocacy. Our model of care is client-centered, collaborative and multidisciplinary.As a part-time or full-time Psychotherapist, you will provide direct clinical services to clients that include diagnostic assessments, individual therapy as well as, couples therapy and group therapy.As a therapist at Fenway, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support the organization’s mission by providing care to a diverse client population, including LGBTQ individuals, people of color, and people living with HIV.
