We’re seeking an organized and proactive Lead Events Coordinator Intern to support and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of private events, brand activations, and community gatherings. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the events and hospitality industry while working closely with senior management and clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain and update event calendars, booking systems, and project timelines
• Help manage budgets, vendor contracts, and event invoices
• Coordinate setup, breakdown, and day-of logistics
• Capture post-event feedback and assist with performance reporting
• Support marketing efforts with event promotion (e.g. social media, email outreach)
• Train and supervise junior interns or day-of event staff as needed
Qualifications:
• Passion for events, hospitality, or entertainment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and think on your feet
• Experience with Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms like TripleSeat or Eventbrite a plus
• Available evenings and weekends as needed
• Prior events experience is preferred but not required
