What You’ll Do:
🔎 Business Development & Deal Analysis
Support the onboarding of new properties, including financial modeling, due diligence, and business planning.
Assist in evaluating real estate acquisitions, including financial feasibility, market analysis, and risk assessment.
Help prepare investor presentations, offering memoranda, and reporting packages.
📈 Growth & Operations
Contribute to the expansion of our property management business, supporting the integration of new buildings and owners.
Collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising and investment strategy, supporting our capital-raising efforts.
Work closely with our Head of Development and Managing Partner to identify new opportunities for growth in both acquisitions and third-party management.

Who You Are:
✅ A recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in real estate (brokerage, investment sales, or property management)
✅ Detail-oriented and a natural at digging into numbers and contracts
✅ Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
✅ A self-starter with hustle and adaptability, ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done
✅ Excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit, comfortable talking to property owners, investors, and team members alike
