We are seeking the right Intern who is passionate about Commercial Real Estate to joining thriving real estate brokerage team. Ideal candidates have ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail for a litany of administrative projects is essential for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Gathering market research data
- Writing submarket research report drafts
- Update and maintain owner database
- CRM management and follow ups
- Aggregating data from 3rd party sources such as CoStar and Yardi Matrix
- Research ownership records, market data and industry trends
- Assist with generating sales presentations and marketing packages using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and current college students preferred
- Previous experience with CRM systems and data entry, preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
- Real estate license not required
