You are passionate about B2B sales, business & client development, account management, sales process and pipeline, marketing automation and CRM with prior experience; motivated with the startup mindset. You will also be responsible for identifying and strategizing viral growth opportunities in various aspects for the company from sales, business development, sales pipeline to CRM, partnerships to viral campaigns, advertising/commercials, organization optimization and operations etc. You are challenge seeking and initiative taking, hardworking, highly strategic, creative and analytical with leadership qualities. This role has the potential to grow into head and other management roles within a few months for the top candidate as the business continues expanding internationally.

Your Background –
Has prior business development, B2B sales and marketing, CRM experience. Candidates major in sales or marketing; business or psychology from leading universities and institutes; or other candidates with strong B2B sales and marketing experience.
The company has a remote structure and remote culture. Ideally candidates would be in these five cities: New York, Paris, London, Los Angeles, Stockholm. Candidates can however be 100% remote. Being in these major cities comes with the benefits of participating in face to face meetings and planning. You should be able to start immediately in order to apply.

– Qualify and help convert leads into clients through follow-up calls, emails, participating in client meetings and other strategic approaches.

– Develop and maintain strong relationship with prospect and future clients.
– Create marketing campaigns, deploy marketing systems to automate and optimize the lead generation and prospecting process.
– Familiar with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Eloqua, Acquisio etc. for sales lead tracking, management and reporting.
– Brainstorm with the team to create business development strategies and sales techniques.
– Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Great at building, cultivating and maintaining relationship
*Growth hacks and strategies: identify various or any opportunities that will help the company develop, grow and optimize.
*Viral growth marketing campaigns: coming up with viral marketing campaign strategy and ideas.
*Advertising and commercials: create content, advertising campaigns or commercials with viral growth potentials.
*Create sales and marketing process/pipelines to help market the firm’s services to potential clients. Deploy marketing technologies to make the process efficient and effective.
*Organization optimization: coming up with strategies and tactics to enhance and grow team performance, morales, productivity, efficiency, quality, organization structure and operations etc.
