As a virtual intern for the Healthcare Leadership Council, you will gain insight on healthcare policy by attending hearings, briefings, meetings, and events, both hosted by HLC and by third parties. Healthcare Leadership Council-led events will involve your assistance in preparation and attendance. You will compose reports on the events you go to, and assist employees with healthcare policy projects and assignments throughout the internship experience. As an intern, you will be exposed to a coalition of chief healthcare executives, be able to interact with members of Congress and executive agencies, and contribute to the development of passing healthcare policies.
Qualifications: Must be a student or a graduate of an accredited university.

Learning outcomes: An understanding of the inner workings of healthcare policy.
Training: The intern will receive instructions on the formatting of briefings, attending hearings, and writing reports.
