Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits of Instalily AI’s solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand the technical underpinnings, upcoming releases, and use cases.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with the Sales team to create compelling presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concept projects tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
- Assist in driving revenue by engaging with clients in pre-sales and solution-design discussions.
Client Engagement & Onboarding
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting advice, and post-deployment support.
- Collect feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with and shadow our COO to learn strategic sales planning, deal structuring, and advanced customer relationship management.
- Contribute insights on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to help shape product roadmaps.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends to position Instalily AI as a cutting-edge solution provider.
