The intern will work with fine artist Ivana George, to publish, exhibit and sell her art by helping with digital marketing projects. The intern will gain experience in marketing including customer prospecting research and implementation of funnel nurture marketing strategy. The tools of this strategy include blogging, social media marketing, email marketing, and preparing content for social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The student will be provided with educational content to build knowledge on these topics.Due to the covid-19 pandemic this internship will be conducted remotely via video conference. Therefore applicants outside the geographic area (Boston, MA) where artist Ivana George resides will be considered. This is an unpaid internship for academic credit. Hours are flexible between Tuesdays- Saturdays. Knowledge of basic photo and/or video editing would be appreciated but is not required for the position. Applicants within the eastern or central time zone will be preferred. Students with majors or minors in Public Relations, Marketing, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or Digital Communications will be preferred.
