Job Responsibilities:
1. Put aside personal goals and works well with others; do what is needed to be done to strive for a common goal
2. Implement best practices for social service organizations
3. To use, manipulate, and make the most out of people systems (staffs) and programs
4. Create new opportunities Lamb has not had opportunities on previously
5. Maintain producer licenses and stay on top of new trends in the marketplace
6. Solicit prospective clients utilizing our in house resources
7. Build relationships
8. Gather the information necessary to properly quote and sell commercial lines of coverage the prospect needs to effectively manage their risk and exposure
9. Solicits Suspects and Prospects to provide Insurance and Risk Management Products
10. Maintains information on the flow of the sales process in the SMS (Solicitation Management System)
11. Discusses exposures with and gathers information from Prospects
12. Transmits information and feedback received to the Marketing Facilitator and Marketing
13. Works with Marketing until Quotes are received
14. Presents Quotes / Marketing Results to Prospects
15. Closes the sale – receives written Authorization to Bind (ATB)
16. Transmits the ATB to Marketing
17. Interfaces as necessary with the Account Manager (AM) to completed the binding process including the completion of subjectivities
18. Provides insights to the AM prior to renewal
19. Gets involved in the renewal process as necessary
