As a Business Development Representative, you’ll work closely with parents in helping them find the right tutors for their children.
- Call, email, and text parents to follow-up on their inquiries.
- Find and follow-up with relevant tutors on the Lessonpal platform, and provide recommendations to the parents.
- Prepare the tutors for their first lesson with a new student.
- Check in with the parents and tutors to ensure the lesson delivery is going smoothly.
- Maintain and update the leads status in CRM.
- Provide updates to the team attend the daily huddles and weekly meetings.
