Liberty Resources is currently seeking an LCSW Therapist for our Integrated Health Care clinic in Syracuse, NY. Integrated Health Care, an Article 31 Outpatient Clinic, is the largest provider of outpatient mental health services in Central New York.

Position Summary:

Using a number of evidence-based practices, the Therapist in Integrated Health Care provides individual, family, and group therapy; co-occurring substance abuse and mental health treatment; psychiatric evaluation; and assists with medication management services to adults, children, and families.

Qualifications:

• LCSW required.
• Masters in Social Work or related clinical degree and 1 year post-graduate experience.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Note: The Integrated Health Care Clinic is an approved site for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program (Tier 3). LCSWs, LMHCs, and LMFTs are eligible to apply to this program.
