We are excited to bring on an SEC-GAAP Financial Reporting Intern to join our 2026 Summer cohort! As an SEC-GAAP Financial Reporting Intern you will work closely with our GAAP and SEC Reporting team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in preparing, analyzing, and reporting on activities associated with GAAP accounting principles and standards. This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously learning, leveraging and applying knowledge of assigned area(s) of Financial Reporting responsibility.
Assisting with our GAAP and SEC Reporting responsibilities, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules according to the accounting and reporting calendars.
- Participating in the preparation and reconciliation of financial data for Investor Relations as well as for internal management reporting.
- Assisting in supporting Treasury, Legal, the Business Units and Investor Relations on various strategic initiatives.
- Assisting in accounting close, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Gaining a working knowledge of many of our critical systems necessary to report results.
- Suggesting and/or implement process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality.
Must haves:
- College rising junior
- Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the dates of June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to haves:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
