Description:Supports the Account Executives, Senior Client Managers and Client Managers in:Responding to Client’s inquiries, maintaining documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutionsThe implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up account, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Client and CarrierProviding Client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes / protocols and our overall Client Engagement strategyGathering and compiling exposure information from the Client, including compiling loss-run schedules and Client stratificationsRequesting and securing quotes from insurersAudits, quotes, binders, and endorsements and makes requests for changes as neededFollowing up for insurance policies then updates and completes policy check to ensurecompletenessUpdating specifications, application, and summary information to reflect changes during theyearInforming Client of any and all changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverageCreating and sending compliance communications as neededPreparing / drafting Client Engagement documents (Renewal Strategy, Stewardship andRenewal Presentations)Works with Technical Services Assistant to issue and process Invoices, Certificates of Insuranceand Auto ID CardsResolves accounting issuesPerforms other responsibilities and duties as neededQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program preferred or equivalent education and/or experience required Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protectingconfidentiality of client and company informationWillingness and ability to work outside of normal business hours and travel as neededStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Legally able to work in the United States
