Urgently hiring LPNs for full time, part time, or per diem positions!
-Provide residents with routine daily medications and necessary medical treatments
-Provide bedside care and help evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, & oversee the care provided by CNAs
-LPNs often serve as charge nurses or unit managers within the facility
-Conduct direct patient care according to Maples policies; to state, federal, & public health regulations; and to excellent professional standards.
-Complete accurate & detailed documentation of patient care
-Collaborate on patient care with CNAs, RNs, & administrative personnel
-Follow facility expectations regarding attendance, teamwork, collaboration, timeliness, & continued cultivation of an open, inclusive, & respectful work environment
-Perform other related duties as required
-Graduate of state-approved school of nursing & current Massachusetts registration as LPN
-Able to communicate in English effectively through verbal and written means; second language skills a plus but not required
-Able to work on one’s feet for long periods of time
-Able to comply with personal protective equipment requirements; training provided upon need
-Occasional lifting & transferring of patients
