We primarily serve the LGBTQIA+ community in the Western Maryland, southern Pennsylvania, and eastern West Virginia region. We are located in beautiful Frederick, Maryland, just an hour from both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.
Ideal additions to our team will have lived experience, a strong interest, and/or training in at least two of the following areas:
- gender-affirming, trans-competent care
- sex therapy
- relationship therapy, especially with queer and/or consensually nonmonogamous partners
- therapy with children, adolescents, and families
- group facilitation
A master’s degree and Maryland state licensure (or ability to obtain it) is required.

This is an in-person, onsite position (temporarily operating via telehealth through the COVID-19 emergency) with potential for some hybrid (remote & onsite) work beyond the pandemic. Candidates must be prepared to work at least some days of the week from our offices in Frederick, MD. Candidates must be licensed, or be willing to be licensed, in the state of Maryland.
