Our Nfluence team brings years of industry experience in investment banking, capital markets, and C-level entrepreneurship and has established key relationships within Software, Internet, Digital Media, Mobile, Communication Technologies, and Telecommunications. Why Nfluence

At Nfluence, we are building something truly unique in the investment banking industry:

· World-class banking franchise with significant expertise and track record across the Technology landscape

· A culture focused on employee growth and development beyond just banking skill sets and expertise

· Passion for diversity and inclusion

· Growing focus on working with mission-aligned companies

· An AI-forward firm — we use Claude and other AI tools across research, marketing, and deal workflows, and interns help shape how we deploy them

Responsibilities

As a Business Development & Marketing Intern, you’ll gain invaluable exposure to senior leadership while supporting the firm’s business development, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.

· Collaborate closely with senior leadership on business development, marketing, and strategic initiatives across the firm.

· Build targeted prospect lists, verify executive contacts, and maintain accurate CRM, business development, and M&A transaction records.

· Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize email outreach campaigns supporting industry reports, transaction announcements, thought leadership, and firm events.

· Track prospect engagement, outreach analytics, and client interactions to improve campaign performance and inform business development efforts.

· Use Claude and other AI tools to draft, refine, and personalize outreach copy, marketing content, and research summaries, always with human review before anything goes to a client or prospect. Conduct market and company research utilizing industry-leading platforms including Capital IQ, Crunchbase, DealCloud, Reply.io, and other business development tools.

· Assist in creating industry reports, presentation decks, marketing materials, website content, and external communications.

· Build and document repeatable AI-enabled workflows including prompt templates, research playbooks, and light automations that make the firm’s business development process faster and more consistent.

· Coordinate across teams to support firm operations, strategic initiatives, transaction execution support, and special projects that contribute to Nfluence’s continued growth.

Preferred Qualifications
