The Clinical therapist completes clinical assessments, develops and implements treatment plans, completes individual, group and/or family therapy sessions, and appropriate patient referrals to address patients’ on-going mental health needs. Documents services in adherence with program, regulatory, third-party payor, and network compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Social Work, Counseling or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Licensed (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
