We believe that helping the world’s biggest companies figure out the future is a big opportunity. In two years, we’ve developed a comprehensive suite of research products, brought on a growing number of Fortune 500 companies, and are growing 2.5x year-over-year.
Radicle is developed out of Prehype, an incubator that has helped launch companies like BarkBox, Managed By Q, Ro, Main Street, and LemonTree
What we do:
Our products give our customers the tools and proprietary insights to make better decisions across partnership, business and product incubation, open innovation, investment, acquisition, and new market intelligence.
Radicle allows innovation teams to identify, map, validate, and prioritize opportunities. We offer a full suite of research products—including visual landscapes, sector deep-dive reports, and more—that help our customers turn theses into actionable opportunities. Our research gives large corporations the tools and information to make decisions on incubation, acquisition, and everything in-between.
What you’ll do:
As a Research Analyst, you’ll work with the Lead Analysts in the production and delivery of our research products from statement of work to final presentation. You’ll be responsible for getting up to speed on a partner challenge and analyzing a startup sector through top-down perspectives, data science-driven analyses, consumer surveys, and conversations with founders, former employees, and investors.
We expect that you’ll take on greater responsibilities over time and manage components of the research production process. This role is on a path to that of Lead Analyst.

Our ideal candidate has:
0-2+ years of experience in an analytical role (consulting, banking, research, startup strategy & operations, etc.)
An understanding of and interest in early-stage business models and the relevant levers (e.g. financial, product, growth/distribution, market etc.) that contribute to successful outcomes
Entrepreneurial or high-growth startup experience a plus —we require a “self-starter” mindset—someone who’s hungry to take the business from 1 to n
Experience with python a plus (you’ll learn it while here, regardless).
Strong communication skills.
A love for reading, learning, and dialogue
We’re a lean team that moves quickly and embraces new challenges. We’re looking for people who are passionate about learning and figuring out answers to difficult questions—each day poses an opportunity to think critically about business, markets, and the future.
If you’re looking to build a career in startups, venture, or innovation, we’d love to help you accomplish this.
If this role interests you, send us a note! We’d love to hear your perspective. What startups are you most interested in? Which sectors or industries are you most passionate about? Have you read or listened to anything lately that has influenced your thinking?
