This is a flexible, primarily remote internship designed to accommodate college schedules while providing meaningful, hands-on professional experience.

We’re seeking motivated interns to support the research, planning, and coordination behind signature festivals, recognition programs, networking experiences, and cultural initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to executive research, partnership development, event operations, and project coordination while contributing to projects that create lasting community impact.

- ⸻ Responsibilities
This is not a sales position. While interns may occasionally make professional introductory phone calls, social media DM, or send emails to verify information, the primary focus is research, relationship-building, project coordination, and organizational support.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching organizations, businesses, community leaders, and prospective partners.
- Identifying and verifying executive contacts, email addresses, telephone numbers, and organizational information.
- Conducting professional introductory phone calls, email inquiries, and social media outreach to verify information and establish initial connections.
- Maintaining organized spreadsheets, databases, and contact lists using Google Workspace.
- Scheduling meetings and supporting executive communications.
- Assisting with planning, logistics, and coordination for festivals, recognition programs, networking events, and community initiatives.
- Supporting special projects and administrative assignments that advance the mission and growth of Rrattler Global.
- ⸻ Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Outstanding interns may be eligible for meaningful performance-based compensation tied to measurable project contributions and organizational outcomes.
Depending on project scope and results, qualifying opportunities may range from several hundred dollars to more than $5,000 through project-based incentives and special initiatives. Specific opportunities and eligibility are discussed during the interview and onboarding process.
In addition to financial incentives, interns may receive executive mentorship, professional development opportunities, event access, leadership opportunities, future collaborations, and other forms of recognition.
Exceptional interns may also be considered for future contract, leadership, ambassador, or paid project opportunities within the growing Rrattler Global ecosystem.
- ⸻Schedule: Flexible, approximately 10–20 hours per week, based on academic schedules.
Work Location: Nationide. Primarily Remote, with optional in-person opportunities for Nashville/Middle TN-area events and programs.
