The Center For Emerging Visual Artists is seeking interns!
This is a great opportunity for students and recent graduates to get to know a key player in the regional support system for visual artists. In this small non-profit arts organization, interns will have a unique hands-on experience, building upon skills and experiences learned in the classroom and applied in the field. Interns work closely with the Executive Artistic Director, Executive Director, Development & Operations and the Community Program Manager on a diverse range of projects: installing exhibitions, programmatic strategy development, exhibition management, event promotion, social media management, development and operations and helping artists with community engagement projects across the city.
Interns should be eager to learn, have a good work ethic and attention to detail. This is an online position with the opportunity for some face-to-face, socially distanced work in our gallery.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or MailChimp a plus. This is an unpaid position. To apply please send your resume and cover letter to email@example.com describing your interest in CFEVA.
