Title: Associate

We will provide training and an opportunity to work with existing clients

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Generate new business while providing best-in-class service to current clients

• Conduct market research and create/prepare presentations for prospects

• Research sites and conduct client market tours

• Prepare thorough site selection packages for client tours

• Assist in managing transactions

Requirements:

1) Real Estate license is required or obtain license in first year of work

2) College degree

3) Strong phone skills, quick learner (sales software/CoStar), advanced in PowerPoint/Excel/Word

4) Willingness to sell and track down new clients

5) Desire to work with, and eventually, run a team.

6) Desire to help the company grow, and to think creatively

7) Desire to stay for at least 2-3 years with the company
