QED is seeking a full-time or part-time Business Development (BD) Intern to work with us remotely. The BD Intern will work with a hard-working and fun Business Development team and will report to the Business Development Manager. S/he will primarily support research for upcoming opportunities, utilizing various sources within the international development industry to determine intelligence on country context, client needs, competitive landscape, potential partners, and more. S/he will also support recruitment efforts to fill positions for proposals. Tasks will be prioritized and assigned by the Business Development Manager and the BD team. In addition, as QED is looking to constantly improve, the Intern will have the opportunity to support internal initiatives including streamlining the processes and brainstorming on improvement of staffing and recruitment proposal writing. The internship is available immediately, and will last for up to 6 months, with the possibility for extension based on performance, how well the candidate works with the team, and the needs of the company. QED internships are paid. Intern compensation will be commensurate with experience.
